“Host messaged us the day of arrival saying 'don't let the lobby staff see you coming/going. If they ask, say you're my friend. If you get cause it will be a 3000$baht fine.' This felt unsafe and sketchy.”
“Misrepresentation of Airbnb: Guidebook received on the day of arrival mentioned daily rentals not welcome by residents. At check in we were informed Airbnb's were illegal.”
“Shower didn't regulate - scorching hot or cold”
“There was no hot water in the shower, couldn't shower, only warm water came from the bathtub faucet but couldn't wash there”
