When housekeeping is on, this place shines. When it's off, you might walk into a smoke-soaked apartment with musty towels and a dusty TV. The inconsistency is the problem — great stays and grimly neglected ones seem to come from the same front door.
🚩 Red Flags
“The towels smelled of damp. Although we announced we were coming with children, the bed was not prepared for them, we had no pillows for them.”
“Towels rolled up, stale smell — as if they were either rolled up dirty, or washed only with water and rolled up wet. This was personally the worst and most disgusting thing of everything mentioned.”
“On entering the apartment there was an awful smell of smoke — presumably from the previous guest — and no one bothered to air it before the next guest. The TV was full of dust and stains, the bathroom the same, the kitchen had drips and stains of various kinds and colors.”
“In the evening we couldn't find parking, which was very important to us. The owner told us there was parking in the building courtyard, but generally there is no parking anywhere in the whole neighborhood.”
“Although we announced we were coming with children, the bed was not prepared for them — we had no pillows for them sleeping in the living room on the auxiliary bed.”
“I would ask why the person who came to hand over the keys didn't bother to take us to the apartment and ask if everything was okay — they only cared about handing over the key and taking the money.”
