While the hotel itself is excellent with modern rooms and great amenities, it's located in Bangkok's Nana red light district. Many guests report having to walk through areas with sex workers and bars to reach the property, which may be uncomfortable for families or solo female travelers.

“Tiny ants everywhere – crawling and winged, on the chairs and in the bed. We couldn't sleep because they kept biting us. There is no reception, so it's impossible to get help immediately. We had to urgently find another hotel nearby and move in the middle of the night.”
