βThis hotel should be closed down urgently for total reconstruction because its not healthy to stay in such mold which was present everywhere. The worst experience ever.β

βone evening in the bathroom we found and had to crush a large cockroach that probably came up from the bathtub drain.β
βAnd most importantly - there are rats in the hotel! During two days of stay in our room we saw a rat 3 times. At night you can hear them running.β
βThe air conditioning was very noisy. This was my fifth time in Bangkok, and for the first time, I had to sleep without the AC. If you turn it on, you just can't sleep.β

βOnly one elevator is usable while the other one is broken and under maintenance for a month. It is causing long time to wait for elevator.β
β2 elevators for 26 floors. Waiting times of over 5 minutes. Elevators always overcrowded. There should be at least 4 if not 6.β
βIt took me 10 minutes to get from my floor to the lobby on more than one occasion.β

βCleaners didn't mop daily so our feet were black from the floors in the room every day. Had to wash our feet several times a day.β
βThe towels and bathtub were dirty. The bathtub was stained and looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in years.β
