A gentleman at the reception demanded I pay for my reservation, even though I had already shown him that the payment was automatically processed and the money had already been withdrawn from my account. He insisted that I needed a physical card. I told him I didn't have one, and he told me to pay again and I'd get a refund in 2-3 days. I reluctantly paid again with the card I had on me. It's been a WEEK, and I still haven't received the refund. So, technically, I've paid twice for the same reservation.

On my first visit to the hotel I was surprised by the good service in the hotel. Now that I have completed my second stay and am back home and noticed that my deposit was simply withheld, I feel cheated and disappointed by the hotel!!! The hotel simply withheld my deposit. When I left, I was assured that it would be booked back. Now that I'm home, I saw on the credit card statement that the entire amount had been withheld without my consent!!

The receptionist asked for extra payment saying it was the deposit for any damages we may cause, and will automatically refund after we check out. But we didn't get any refund after waiting for 2-3 weeks after CO. Already asked the hotel team abt the problem and didnt get any response from them since then. It is really a scam tbh

We had a terrible experience, all because of a misunderstanding about minibar items that we never even consumed. Upon check-in, we noticed that the minibar items were missing. We didn't think much of it, assuming the basket had simply not been refilled before our stay. However, when we checked out, the guest relations representative insisted that the items had been there from the start and that we had taken them, implying that we were lying. This was incredibly insulting. We felt forced to pay for items we hadn't touched, let alone consumed.
