There were cockroaches in our room (it ran infront of the TV). Gives off very snobby vibes from guests

We found ourselves with 2 flying cockroaches through the air conditioning ducts and another running along the headboard of the bed. We called reception and their solution was to call the cleaning lady who appeared with insecticide and a broom saying she couldn't do anything

The food quality was unacceptable, and the drinks and cocktails were terrible. I have never stayed at a hotel where the food quality was this poor.

The quality not good. There were many bugs in the buffet counters. We stayed for 5 days and tried to book the Asian restaurant just after check in. But we couldn't book it during stay.

They asked us for 70€ per person to stay from 12 to 18. If you don't pay you have to leave the hotel at 12

After paying 500€ for two nights, on Sunday they asked us for 70€ per person to stay from 12 to 18. If you don't pay you have to leave the hotel at 12. It seems like a very unusual gesture to me.

The Check Out (is a robbery), you have to pay +/- 30 and something per person every 3 hours you stay longer.

The only complaint I have is on the day of departure if you want to enjoy a couple more hours at the facilities, you have to pay 73 euros per person, it seems a bit excessive to me.

The sunbeds are reserved well before breakfast, with many still unused by lunchtime or after. This aspect needs to be addressed by the Hotel Management.

As we stayed as a couple without children, we would have preferred to base ourselves at the adult pool however there were no available beds on any of the days we stayed.
