While Giuseppe is a wonderful host and the location is unbeatable, the thin walls mean you'll hear everything from neighboring rooms. Some guests also report heating issues and very firm mattresses that may not suit everyone.

“The rooms are all very close (basically created by dividing an apartment) and when our neighbors started showering and flushing at five in the morning, it was like having water above the bed... for light sleepers, better bring earplugs in case of early-rising neighbors.”
