While the apartments are modern and clean with beautiful mountain views, the building has significant soundproofing issues. Multiple guests report hearing neighbors clearly through walls, which can disrupt sleep and relaxation.

“The apartment building is located in the outskirts, so the surroundings isn't finished yet and therefore there happens to be dredging which kind of ruins the peaceful atmosphere. We happened to spend 1 night with almost zero neighbors in the building and it was great. Unfortunately the second night there was some get-together party going on in the downstairs rooms even at 23 o'clock and on and even though we stayed upstairs we could hear quite a lot of noise, mostly from the corridor. Therefore, the comfort of the quiet environment depends mostly on your neighbors and fullness of the apartment capacity as the flat walls aren't really soundproof.”
“In an empty building we had quite loud neighbors. This is not the host's fault but the room allocation system could be improved somehow. Everything else was flawless.”
“Conversations of neighbors through walls, low acoustic insulation of the apartment, knocking, thuds spread and are perfectly audible. Fortunately, neighbors went to bed at 23.”
“Favorable location except for the construction site in front of the terrace, which emitted dust and noise. Use of the terrace was impossible during the working hours of the construction crew.”
“The house is located in a new development area. In the morning the construction workers were already early at work with their sometimes loud work. I hope that in the future the great panorama will not be built over.”

“There was very little dishes in the kitchen, we would need more saucepans. Getting into the building with the given code was terrifying..we managed in the end..but it was difficult to get how to do it.”
