“The cleanliness of the rooms could use some improvement. The bathroom was growing mold (which is expected with its shower door-less setup) and the bedding in my room smelled like mildew, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in.”
“There's also mould in our bedroom, possibly due to the prolonged rainy weather. But the hotel staff are kind to offer alternatives.”
“The room at the sixth floor had the bed wall completely moldy. It was impossible to stay in the house because it was all open space and therefore the whole environment stank.”
“We catch bed bugs bites here. Children and me were beaten during several days. I wrote it to the management but all what they propose is to return 50% for left days. No any action from them was made. We fought back the bed bugs by ourself with special spray during one week.”
“There was a strange stink in the toilet that used to waft right in off and on. i think must be a blocked sewer somewhere but not sure if that is a permanent issue”
“Staff behaviour: rude and disrespectful - bad Smell in the bathroom - Water leak in the bathroom”
“The shower flooded the bathroom, need to install a screen or shower curtain”
“There is no shower curtain nor bathroom rugs, so it can be slippery getting out of the tub after shower.”
“The bed linen and towels are quite threadbare. There was a very thick layer of dust on the ceiling fan which caused a few sneezing fits.”
“Towels were in poor shape. A bit of mild in tub. Outside area was dirty, while properties on either side of hotel were kept tidy”
