While the hotel itself is excellent with amazing staff and service, it's located down narrow alleys that can smell strongly of sewage, making access unpleasant. Some rooms lack windows and the bathroom design floods the floor when showering.

“Access to the hotel is pretty far down 1 of 2 alleys, one of which has a particularly foul sewer odor (even for Bangkok), and the other I can only describe as the worst street I have ever smelled.”
“The environment around the hotel smells very bad, not pleasant to go outside from the hotel.”
“We had a room without a window which was a bit disappointing. The location is really random and in a scary alley but once you get in the hotel it's all good.”
“My room didn't have windows. Maybe other rooms are better, but for me it was a bad experience. I would stay better in a hostel”
“The motorcycle taxi couldn't find the hotel and angrily dropped me off somewhere. Coming from the main road, you have to turn RIGHT at the first cross street, NOT left.”
“Every thing was great, but kinda hard to reach the location, but overall a great experience”
“Would've liked if the shower had a glass door or something like that, the water from the shower get to the sink and toilet and the whole floor of the bathroom, but it's not too bad.”
“The shower is in the same place as the toilet, the water spreads in the bathroom. Not a good design.”
“Rooms are not sound proof, we can hear all the door opening and closing of other rooms, including rooms from other floors. I will be awoken at least a few times throughout the night.”
