Severe food poisoning from mushroom soup causing vomiting and hospitalization

I had dinner at the Mosaico restaurant and ordered only mushroom soup. During the night I developed stomach pain, and the next morning I woke up with severe nausea, headache and vomiting. I spent the whole next day vomiting and stayed in bed for three days. I had to order home medical services with IV treatment at my own expense.
