While the location and cleanliness are excellent, some guests report traffic noise from the cobblestone street, especially with windows open. The apartment lacks air conditioning and parking can be challenging in the restricted traffic zone.

“Very enjoyable authentic Italian old building, as described, very clean, good internet, comfortable bedding, good bathroom. No AC but the thick walls keep the place surprisingly cool.”
“Very beautiful apartment in the old city, but the LTZ (light traffic zone) is a joke as many tourists get the permission from their hotels to drive through. So this is a problem since the only way to survive the heat is having the windows open. So one has to decide between sweating or being woken up by cars driving on the cobble-stones. We couldn't get the portable A/C unit to work, but there were a couple of fans.”
“My only difficulty with this apt is the parking situation, you can rent a spot from the host in a very nice parking but it is quite far, after a long day the walk uphill is quite a workout.”
“You cannot reach the apartment with a car (short stop to unload luggage at 50 m distance), there are no free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. So rather suboptimal with a car, but public transport works perfectly.”
“perfect location for visiting the old and new town and very nice apartment ...comfortable and clean. Very warm weather when we stayed so had to have windows open so cars / scooters on the cobble street outside could be a little noisy....if you are a light sleeper”
“Street sounds are not well dampened by the windows, however it is not too much traffic, so we could still sleep very well”
“you hear it very well when traffic drives through the street and the church bell rings very early for vacation”
“Good amenities and location of the apartment and modern. Check-in was also easy. We don't rate it with 5 stars because the mattress in the main room is divided in two parts, which makes it uncomfortable for couples to sleep.”
