The street where the hotel is located is really loud: it is one of the main roads in JBR next to the beach...especially at the weekend, there are a lot of cars and it's quiet like a ocean drive in Miami etc and everybody is showing off his car and loud pipes. So at night we had to sleep with earplugs all the time.

In the rooms it's noisy, including at night. The windows of all the hotel rooms face a busy street, where people walk around the clock, cars drive and so on. The problem is that the soundproofing of the windows is absolutely zero, they are poorly adjusted.
