“I stayed at this hotel twice in two different rooms, and unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to standard. In the second room, although it looked newer, I noticed small bumps on my skin that felt like insect bites, along with mild itching — which raises concern that the hotel may have a pest issue. In addition, the room was not properly cleaned; I found leftover tissues and even nail clippings”

“Breakfast was appalling!! I specifically paid extra to include breakfast based on being described as an A la carte buffet and the photos in the listing. The reality was that I was given daily vouchers at reception and directed to the Al-majles restaurant located in the building. The buffet selection was extremely poor and very limited”
