They did not clean the room or change towels the next day. I notified reception and they told us it was impossible to clean because they were saturated and only changed the towels.

They charged double what the booking originally was

THEN the hotel charged double what the booking originally was and we still have no explanation why. All we did was sleep there one night and we were not messy!

At the front desk a redhead girl gave me a key for the room when we went to ask if we owed anything. The next day they told us we owed more than 1000 usd. In the end it was solved. Good thing we asked.
