Slow service at meals. The staff was lovely and continually working, but several times our orders were lost or delayed, even as other diners who arrived after us received and finished their meals.

We were unfortunately 'cheated' by the hotel upon departure, much more money was debited from the credit card than the bill amount. Four weeks have passed and we are still waiting for our refund.
